Infra/DevOPs Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Test Lead – Infra/DevOps to lead technical validation of system environments and integration flows. You will report to the existing Senior Project & Test Leads and work under their coordination to ensure the stability and readiness of infrastructure components for a large-scale financial system.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead validation of server configurations, system scripts, and log flows
• • Support deployment and monitoring of enterprise applications across environments
• • Test message-based integrations using middleware (e.g., IBM MQ, JMS)
• • Verify secure file transfer processes (e.g., Connect:Direct, SFTP)
• • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve environment issues
• • Participate in test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
• • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational best practices

Requirements

• • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in system administration, middleware support, or DevOps
• • Strong technical background in:
• • - UNIX/AIX environments and shell scripting
• • - Application servers (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat)
• • - Messaging systems (e.g., IBM MQ, JMS)
• • - Secure file transfer protocols
• • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and deployment automation
• • Understanding of web-based application architecture and cybersecurity principles
• • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is preferred
