Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Test Lead – Business Analysis with strong domain knowledge in securities and financial operations. You will report to the existing Senior Project & Test Leads and lead the translation of business rules into testable scenarios under their coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• • Analyze business rules related to collateral, issuance, settlement, corporate actions, and cash management
• • Design and lead execution of test cases based on regulatory and operational practices
• • Support UAT coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• • Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTM)
• • Validate source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules
• • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical testers
• • Report on test coverage and defect status

Requirements

• • Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field
• • Minimum 4 years in business analysis, operations, or testing in financial services
• • Solid understanding of CSD-related services or securities lifecycle
• • Experience in test planning, UAT, and requirement validation
• • Strong analytical and documentation skills
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua preferred
